Cody: Support deep links in the Cody chat UI in the Cody app #53776
Description
At the moment, Cody shows just the path for the files we're asking about, but it doesn't provide an interactive link (since Cody doesn't expose search UI and blob UI, in the web chart UI, we use blob UI to open files)
In the Cody App, we should add IDE/editor integration where a link would lead to the default IDE on the local machine.
