Move type specimen web site

The type specimen web site currently lives in this branch

@burodepeper @jublo thoughts about moving this elsewhere (external to the repository) and using jsDelivr to automatically keep it current with the released web fonts on the jsDelivr CDN? We should ideally be able to push new releases and it loads the updated CDN versions no?

@chrissimpkins Why would we want to move it out of the repo – pro/con? Keeping it updated with CDN should be possible.

I think there should be a font repo, and a website repo, and the type specimen should be part of the latter. Using the CDN seems obvious.

To clean up branches would be my thought. I'm not sure that web site belongs in this repo...

Keeping it updated with CDN should be possible.
