Sunsetting sos-audit?

I would like to sunset / remove https://github.com/sosreport/sos-audit from sosreport umbrella. The set of audit rules were created with some intention that (I think) havent been fulfilled and (as far as I know) are not further used. And the repository has been idle for many years (if I ignore adding a license file).

I would like to give @DaveWysochanskiRH some time to correct me if I got it wrong, as well as listen to any feedback the rules are being used and we should keep maintaining them.

@pmoravec do you want to remove it completely or have it marked as "Public archive" as sos-collector?
Either way, just to give support to archiving sos-audit, I haven't found yet any indication that's being used actively by our support engineers

Yes, I plan to just mark it as Public archive. I will raise a PR to update (well, create :) ) README there to explain the archive.
