[Feature] Add a corrupted option

Presence option allows to add a % of missing values in the specified column.
We should now have a Corrupted option, working as a % of corrupted values.
Corrupted could be:

• Wrong type
• Bad encoding

Bad encoding done, wrong type needs an update on Config class to be able to differentiate strongly typed output format (aka parquet) and others
