[FEAT] Globally select TS or JS

Provide people with the ability to globally select TS or JS when working through the docs. This would mean that the code snippets would reflect the choice that they have chosen.

Hi @dyyyl ! We appreciate you wanting to work on it - at this time we're not quite ready to implement anything for this, we were just using this as a way to track the issue but we will keep you in mind for helping out once this is in progress :)

It's time to implement this, we need a user context that store a few user preferences and settings.
