My laptop/Windows has this weird issue were the icons on the taskbar disappear when its woken from the sleep state. I fix this problem by restarting explorer.exe. I have noticed with the new version of the App on restarting Explorer the taskbar icon stops working.

Current Fix
To get it to work after the Explorer restart I have to kill the running "Battery Percentage Icon" instance from Task Manager and then start it again. After this the icon shows up once again in the system tray.
