[Bug] Privy Web+ MWA logged out when refresh

Describe the bug

When a web app is signed into Privy via MWA (wallet-standard-mobile) and the website is refreshed, the user is logged out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a web app with MWA + Privy (cfl.fun) on Android Web
2. Sign in with MWA
3. Refresh the page
4. Observe that the user is logged out

Expected behavior
The web app (or Privy) should read the MWA cache and retrieve the stored wallet address. There isn't a need to log out.

I'll provide more context here.

The issue arises because useSolanaWallets returns an empty wallet object after a refresh. The logout occurs because we log users out if the connected wallet is not found in the useSolanaWallets object

Then, I found this explanation on Privy's slack channel:

I implemented it, and now it look flawless. Tested it both on Phantom and Solflare webview.

Awesome work! This looks like a good start and mitigation.

But I think this UX can be furthered improved. You shouldn't need to press MWA again and reconnect. MWA already caches the connection so Privy UI should just need to read it.

I'm working with the Privy team right now to fix and will update here.
