New UI

Hi, soon I'm planning to finish working on a new UI, that will be released in version 1.7.x.

Here are some highlights:

• Full stack app using NextJS, created mostly with Claude (obviously)
• Connects to ElasticMQ using SQS SDK instead of StatisticsRestServer
• Removal of StatisticsRestServer - it ran on port 9325, hopefully no one uses this
• Build and release pipeline refresh - I'd like to remove docker image build responsibility from SBT
