explaination of the meaning of relation

Is there any explanation of the meaning of relationships？ For example, for a triplet like { "head": "CYP2B6", "head_type": "gene/protein", "relation": "enzyme", "tail": "Pexidartinib", "tail_type": "drug" }, it's hard to know the definition of a relation called "enzyme", especially when the direction is ambiguous (e.g., whether CYP2B6 is the enzyme or Pexidartinib is the enzyme). It is confusing to someone who do not work in the area. Without direction and explanation, we can only guess by common sense or meta paths.
