Properly view NFO files in DOS encoding (like ASCII artwork)

Hi,

it would be really great if the application could correctly display all NFO files. Currently, the only macOS application that can do this, to my knowledge, is https://github.com/mackonsti/yet-another-nfo-viewer. However, it doesn't support Quick Look. Although it's coded in Objective-C, I'm sure it can be a good reference and inspiration for PreviewText, not least because it's very lightweight.

Taking a look at this now. I can get it to work, but the problem is differentiating a DOS .nfo file from, say, a Mac one that doesn't contain Ascii art. Will continue to see if there’s a way to work with the DOS files.
