Asset issues

Some assets aren’t loading for me such as portals, cubes, and the level select menu. The portals are there and I can go through them but I cannot see them. I have heard that this is an issue in the old 3ds, however, I am using a new 2ds xl and I can’t seem to get the assets to load either. I understand that work on this project has ended, but I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this.
