Bug Report

OnTouchEvents only work when using the in browser streaming. OnTouchEvents do not register when using gstreamer outside of the web browser.

Reproduction Steps

Connect navigation app
Start video stream
Click window in generic hmi to trigger onTouchEvent

Expected Behavior

HMI Sends Core an OnTouchEvent RPC

Observed Behavior

HMI does not send an OnTouchEvent RPC

Browser & Version Information

Browser and Version: chrome on ubuntu 20
Generic HMI Version: 0.11
Testing Against: Android test suite
