Crashes Mail on startup with Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (Code Signature Invalid)

This is on 10.9.1 - I haven't been using it recently because I only had one account, so I added the new ID for Mail 7.1

I get an error from the last part of the build process for a bunch of files, the last is...
