Automatically change new tab wallpaper colour #63

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great if we could also change the wallpaper of the new tab page. I'm using a solid colour at the moment that's great during the day but way too bright at night
Describe the solution you'd like
Similarly to how we pick a pair of installed themes for day and night, give the option to also choose a different colour (or image) for day and night
Additional context
Some cursory online research suggests that extensions have the ability to change the background colour or wallpaper of the new tab page
