Quill editor does not work with Apple Pencil

Flutter Quill Version

11.4.2, but happens in all recent versions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try writing text into a regular Flutter text field using an Apple Pencil and see that it works.
2. Try writing text into a Quill editor and see that it does not work at all on iOS, and somewhat works (but very buggy) on web.

Expected results

Writing text into a Quill editor using an Apple Pencil works, just like with any regular Flutter text field.

Actual results

Writing text into a Quill editor using an Apple Pencil does not work at all on iOS, and is buggy on web (the textbox keeps jumping).
