Theme: One Dark X, based on One Dark Pro

One Dark X uses the same palette as One Dark Pro but pure gray for bgs, rather than the blue hue of the original. Also, minor tweak to give selected text more contrast.

Happy to raise PR if any interest in making it available to all users?
