[Warlock][Affliction] Summon Darkglare is never cast when Shadow Embrace talent isn't selected

Describe the bug

Summon Darkglare ability is never cast when Shadow Embrace talent isn't selected, resulting in significantly lower DPS than expected.

Expected behavior

Summon Darkglare ability should be cast regardless of talent configuration, as long as it is itself selected.

To Reproduce

Following talent build will properly cast Summon Darkglare in rotation:
