Symbols not reloaded correctly in Silex integration

this is coming from a discussion on mattermost

After updating to v3.3.1-4, symbols are still not reloaded correctly in Silex.

• Create a symbol → it shows in the list with 1 instance
• Reload the editor → the same symbol shows in the list with 0 instances

This persists even though the fix from silexlabs/silex-lib@fe89ae1 was released

Notes

• Works fine when running npm start in grapesjs-symbols
• Bug appears when using silex-lib
• Confirmed by both @ioleo and @lexoyo
