Custody backfill sync shows incorrect estimated time to completion

The estimated time the speedo notifier calculates seems incorrect for Custody backfill sync. In the above log, it seems like the distance (640 slots = 2hrs 8mins) is being used to display the estimated time.

ah okay! i was not able to, as i have holesky running still, for my memory aware caching PR work.

@eserilev noticed some issues with the estimated time but I don't have the details. Bumping this v8.1.0 as we won't be able to fix this in v8.0.0.
