Parameters should be displayed in the same style and flush across all pages on the SignalWire documentation

Reason for the request
With the new SDK release, we now have a standard for displaying parameters in our documentation through API fields. With this standard set, we can now go through and meet those standards on necessary documents

1. SWML parameters
2. cXML parameters
3. Realtime SDK
4. Agents SDK
5. Others by order of importance
