Editing outline a message 2 times sent 3 times to recipient

Bug description

To reproduce:

1. Disconnect the network.
2. Create a new message and send it.
3. Edit this one time then send it.
4. Edit another time then send it. It is waiting the connection.
5. Connect to the network (wifi).
6. The message is sent.
7. The recipient receives 3 messages, one by modification.

Expected:
The recipient should receive only one message with the last version. The previous versions could only be seen with the View edit history in Info menu.
