Signal crashes when accessing setting -- error `Missing E164`

Bug description

Dear Signal team,

Signal crashes when I try to access the "Settings" section (in the "three dots menu icon"). Same issue when I try to click on my profile image (left-up). Except this crash, Signal App works fine (I can send messages, create group, etc).

Error appears to be related to Missing E164 for 21 generated by Recipient.kt:417
