Select drop-down list is not shown when clicking right on the blue arrow

I have noticed a small issue: when clicking right on the blue arrow (the pointer of the mouse has to be right above the blue part) on a select element, the drop-down list is not shown. The issue observed in both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
