[OV GPU] Whisper demo on LNL gets incorrect result #109

With gelu op supported, whisper demo can run correctly on:
ORT CPU EP, OV CPU/GPU/NPU on MTL;
ORT CPU EP, OV CPU/NPU on both two LNL devices;

But OV GPU gets incorrect result on both two LNL devices:

Suspect due to GPU driver issue on the two LNL: one is 32.0.101.6325, another is 32.0.101.6326.
