Wallmart is a jailbreak extension for iOS that allows the user to automatically change the wallpaper when he locks the device or triggers an activator action.
Just install the tweak and set the photo album name in Preferences.app.
Compile it for yourself or use the .deb included.
You should know that. :P
Pretty much the BSD license, just don't repackage it and call it your own please!
