Request to have incomplete downloads stored in a custom location within nextcloud

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running nextcloud as a docker under unraid the /tmp directory isn't mapped anywhere, so when downloading large files it blows out the docker container size allocation

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to have the files being downloaded in a custom location, or even /Downloads/tmp. Somewhere within the nextcloud structure.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Increasing docker image space.
