Describe the bug
It download bittorrent files slowly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ncdownloader
Download img of Ubuntu 23.10.1 via bittorrent
Low Speed

Expected behavior
Download files as quickly as aria2c do

I'm experiencing the same issue. Some of the torrents are stuck and no longer downloading.
