SHIELD BOSH Release v8.0.14

This BOSH release packages version 8.0.14 of SHIELD

Improvements

• The core job now installs the SQLite3 command-line utility,
  sqlite3, via the "sqlite3" package.

• A new envrc file is now bundled in the core job, so that you
  can source it in a bosh ssh session. It updates $PATH, and
  defines to helpful environment variables:

  • $SHIELD_DATADIR - The path to the SHIELD core data directory
    (where the database and vault files are kept)

  • $SHIELD_DB - The full path to the SHIELD database.
    This lets operators run sqlite3 $SHIELD_DB to get into the
    database, without mucking about with paths.

• New ulimit.fds property allows operators to set a higher file

• Only replace the (generated-token) value in the import
  manifest when the user has asked us to generate a token.

• Allow (insecure) use of full credentials in a SHIELD import
  errand. This isn't a great idea, but if you need it, you've got

• The store job now creates the directory it is going to use for
  WebDAV object storage, locally.

• Fixed an uninitialized variable issue in references to
  LD_LIBRARY_PATH, in the shield-agent job.
