As developer I need to compile ACS anyway to be and though it can be an inconveneince to have to get dependencies they do not belong as binaries in this repo. @dhlaluku's comment in #41 on different target versions also relates to this, though it is a question whether the target ACS version would ever be any but the lowest possible.
