readthedocs navigation sidebar formatted incorrectly for some docs

The initial readthedocs setup (in https://github.com/shader-slang/shader-slang.github.io/pull/71) correctly formats the navigation sidebar for the Standard Modules Reference, but for the docs located in this repo, subheadings are displayed in the sidebar as if they were titles, when they should be hidden.
