[feat]: switch drawer to maintained dependency

Feature description

Vaul has switched to unmaintained mode. Recently ran into a bug with vaul (emilkowalski/vaul#625) that I have low hopes of seeing fixed. All bugs as a result propagate into shadcn/drawer as well.

Any plans/strategy to switch to a drawer dependency that is actively maintained?

For now we use sheet with side="bottom" as a replacement; but I'm sure we miss some critical edge-cases as a result.

Nevermind it doesn't avoid keyboards. We for now are using @radix-ui/react-dialog directly and use the styling from Shadcn's drawer component. We lose animation and prob some other stuff, but this seems more reliable for now.
