Decorative badge component

Hello! So, I was browsing the Shadcn components looking for a badge component like this:

I don't seem to find anything of the kind, though. I did find a badge component, but it is a different kind of badge. Besides this one, there's also the AvatarBadge component (as an inner component of the Avatar component).

The Idea

With this in mind, my idea is the implementation of a new "decorative" badge component (name is only a placeholder) that could be composed with other components to get an effect similar to what the AvatarBadge currently does to the Avatar component.

I think this would be a great addition because it could even replace the AvatarBadge, but allowing a more general use accross different components.
