Description
The version of rusqlite as of the last release was 0.33, I was wondering if it could be advanced to 0.36+ (current: 0.37) as this has introduced some very useful column metadata via a feature flag, further to the declared type metadata that is currently being used

- I left a comment here in a situation where this metadata would be useful to resolve the schema: Allow return schema specification to avoid LIMIT 1 query #482 (comment)
I'm aware these version bumps can have second order consequences though so just wanted to open an issue initially.
The last time it was bumped (1a83982), so too were other DB packages, also some corresponding "r2d2" (connection pooling) packages:
- oracle (0.5 -> 0.6) [still current, just micro difference: 0.6.3]
- r2d2-oracle (0.6 -> 0.7) [still current]
- mysql_common (0.29 -> 0.32) [behind: 0.35.5]
- r2d2_mysql (23 -> 25) [still current]
- prusto (0.5 -> 0.5.2) [still current]
- r2d2_postgres (0.18.1 -> 0.18) [still current, just micro difference: 0.18.2]
- rusqlite (0.30 -> 0.33) [behind: 0.37]
- r2d2_sqlite (0.23.0 -> 0.26) [behind: 0.31]
