Allow users to build composite queries easily with some sort of Query Builder #254
Description
Building on top of serratus-bio/serratus-summary-api#68,
The users should still be able to narrow down the search results to get exactly what they need,
Ideally, this Query Builder should be quite self-explanatory, easy to use and keep state in URL parameters,
A good example of an UX like this, is https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/
