Inconsistent zoom steps #172

When repeatedly zooming in and out, the zoom level will gradually increase.

So if I start at a zoom level of 2.00 and keep zooming in and out, it'd keep slowly ticking up instead of staying at 2.00.

I'm experiencing this on Windows 10 on version 1.9.1
