Integrate ListViewController actions into demo

Seamlessly integrate the options from ListViewController that are needed for the demo, like forcing certain issues to occur, like we added in #25, #26, #27 and #28. It would be nicer to have such a seamless trigger, vs having to go to a board of buttons like we currently have, so potential customers can more readily imagine the same functionality in their own app, vs a contrived example.
