Mail Plug-in Incompetiablity of MacOS 14+

I have tested with my MBP on MacOS 14.1.1 and tried both pre-build release and built with Xcode, but the mail just won't show the option to enable the plug-in at all. After hours of search, turns out this option has been discontinued, which might lead to the plug-in concept won't work any more.

I think they have a refactor and not depending on plugin, not sure whats the progress
