DataMigrations - removing bigint id column default, have generator respect Id column type definition

Hi,

#458 made the default for Identity columns bigint by default. If I understand it correctly the default can be changed by a Configuration - UseLegacyIdentity or something like that.

Given DataMigrations may be used for many use cases the need for a default is not clear.

Would respecting the column type definition in the SchemaBuilder not make more sense. That way you are explicit about what you want and there is a little less "magic"?

#491 talks about the int vs bigint story. supposedly a breaking change? I don't see how it would be a breaking change if the solution is to respect the column type definition.
