Fetch the report generator code from the repository

The official repository of the report generator is here : https://github.com/savoirfairelinux/asciidoc-report
For now, a static version of this code is kept in the in the report-generator repository. It is a better practice to fetch the code from source every time instead of having a copied version.

It may be diffilcult to do that because we want to add a latency part test.
But at least we have to use the last version of this report-generator
