Will have two IOs that will be able to force the RLCL (or power switch) of the CDH board. Toggling the ON high will cause the switch to turn on the CDH, and toggling the OFF high will cause it to turn it off. When both IOs are low, the RLCLs are in automatic mode and will keep the board on unless there is a power issue. They are meant to work fully autonomously, but we added the IOs in case something breaks and prevents the CDH from turning on
Might be good to have a routine that checks the status of the CDH and if its off for too long or when no abnormal event is detected, it forces the switch on. Reversely, if an abnormal power event is observed and the switch stays on, it should force it off.
Current readings will be available through external ADC connected on the main I2C bus
