Describe the feature

With the introduction of the scroll-alloy crate and the addition of the ScrollEthApi structure in PR #136, the Scroll codebase is missing an implementation of the reth_primitives_traits::NodePrimitives. Verify which types need to be added to the codebase and implement ScrollNodeTypes.
