Hello Scratch Team,
I am an educator and I have been using this teacher account for a long time for my work.
Currently, my educator (teacher) account crashes immediately after login.
I receive the message:
"Oops! Something went wrong. We are so sorry, but it looks like Scratch has crashed."
Students can log in without any issues, but teacher accounts cannot.
I have tested all possible client-side solutions:
Incognito / private browsing
Multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
Different networks (home internet, mobile hotspot)
VPN
The issue persists everywhere and only affects the teacher account.
This appears to be a server-side issue related to the educator dashboard or account data.
I am NOT requesting account deletion.
I kindly request a repair/reset of my educator account so I can continue using it for teaching.
