Center crosshairs should be more visible

Expected Behavior

When you select a complex shape the crosshairs showing the center of the object should be clear and easy to see. From @picklesrus.

Actual Behavior

The crosshairs are similar in appearance to the lines in a shape and can get lost inside a more complicated shape.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a project
Open the paint editor
Draw a bunch of shapes that overlap in the center of the costume
Select all (cmd-a/ctrl-a)
Note: it's hard to see the center of the shape.

I have experimented with blendMode: 'negate' and others. But there was still one shade of grey where the cross was not visible.

@fsih Maybe something can be done using a dashed stroke for the crosshair and then "animate" the dashOffset?

This could als be done for the boundsRect.
