Zoom icons are positioned with too much space at the bottom

Expected Behavior

The magnifying glasses and equals signs in the zoom icons should be centered vertically in the zoom buttons

Actual Behavior

There is too much space in the bottom

Steps to Reproduce

Create or open a project
Open the paint editor
Note: the zoom buttons look wrong
It doesn't matter if you're in bitmap or vector
