The outline width indicator stops updating after you interact with it on Firefox

Expected Behavior

When you select an item, the outline width indicator should update to reflect that item's outline width.

Actual Behavior

On Firefox, if you interact with the outline width indicator by clicking the arrow buttons that appear when you hover over it, it will stop updating.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Draw lines in a variety of widths
2. Make sure the outline width indicator is not currently focused (it does not have a blue outline around it)
3. Hover over the outline width indicator
4. Click on one of the arrow buttons that appear inside the outline width indicator
5. Select the various lines
6. Notice that the outline width indicator does not update to match the widths of the lines you select

At least in Chrome it does not happen because clicking the spin arrows focuses the input.
