Hard to use workspace scrollbars on touch #3030
Description
Expected Behavior
If you touch on a scroll bar in the blocks workspace and drag it, it should move the scroll bar and move the workspace accordingly.
Actual Behavior
You often miss the scrollbars on touch and drag the workspace instead. On Android, the vertical one is impossible to drag.
Steps to Reproduce
Add a block to the workspace
Try to scroll with the scrollbars on the blocks workspace
Note: It's hard to actually touch the scroll bars.
