Option to mute sounds of block snapping and deleting

Some users would like a way to mute the sounds that scratch-blocks plays when you snap blocks together or delete them.

Some users have also mentioned that the animations of blocks being removed are distracting and/or annoying; a similar "reduce animations" option would be nice. Perhaps it could also disable the scrolling animation when a category is selected? I figure some users might prefer not to have that animation.

The hard part here is managing settings without turning into the bridge of the starship enterprise, and also passing options info around correctly.
