What order should the categories be in?

Since we switched to the vertical category menu, we now have a new organization for the blocks categories. We should make sure the order of these categories makes sense.

I'll re-suggest the order I suggested in #1061:

1. Motion
2. Events
3. Looks
4. Control
5. Sound
6. Pen
7. Sensing
8. Operators
9. Data
10. More Blocks (once it's implemented)
