Merge lo2s traces doesn't work

Merging lo2s traces fails with:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range'
  what():  map::at
[1]    53560 abort (core dumped)  bin/otf2-merger --traceFile $PWD/lo2s_trace_2019-05-20T12-16-18/traces.otf2

It seems commGroup handle isn't there yet.
