Make all chapters copy-paste friendly #136
Description
The dependency of chapters on other chapters on on local files or which are part of the Noj repo means that the tutorials are not copy-paste friendly when not used in the context of this repo.
#135 will fix this for most chapters, but not for linear_regression_intro and fastmath_vector_word_embeddings.
